   New Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form Mandatory 12/1/11
  
 

The 2010 Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) was approved for use beginning October 1, 2010. As of December 1, 2011, the 2010 Federal CCF will be the only Federal CCF permitted for regulated specimens. If the laboratory receives a regulated specimen accompanied by the 2000 Federal CCF after November 30, 2011, the laboratory must treat this as a correctable discrepancy and request a memorandum for record (MFR).

Features of the 2010 Federal CCF include adding a provision in STEP 1 to specify the testing authority under which the drug test is ordered and new checkboxes in STEP 5A to accommodate additional drugs added to the federal drug test panel.

  • 2000 Federal CCF Steps 1D, E, and F now designated as E, F, and G respectively on 2010 CCF

  • 6-Acetylmorphine
  • MDMA, MDA and MDEA
